Join us in celebration of 500,000 books gifted by BookGive!

The Half a Million Stories Gala will be held at the Denver Elks #17 lodge, located at 2475 W 26th Ave., Denver. Doors open at 5pm and the Gala and silent auction will begin at 6pm.

There will be a cash bar and dinner will be provided. Dress fancy or casual – we are just excited to have you join us as we share uplifting stories and celebrate volunteers, donors, partner organizations and supporters of BookGive! 

Elks Lodge parking is limited, but there is street parking on the west and east sides of the lodge.

Here’s just a few of the book collections that will be available for bidding during the Silent Auction portion of the evening. Other auction items include:

• A $50 gift card to Bao Brewhouse and 2 tickets to the Denver Center for the Performing Arts
• 2 tickets to the Denver Broncos game vs. the Green Bay Packers on December 14
• A class for 2 at Stir Cooking School, a bottle of Meomi red wine, and a basket filled with kitchen and cooking goods
• A set of Chateau Montelena wines
• 2 tickets to the Arvada Center for the Performing Arts and a gift certificate to Lady Nomada in Olde Town Arvada
• An officially certified autographed jersey by Denver Nuggets legend Nikola Jokic
